Thanks for commenting. Leadership and ‘Followship’ (like that) are complex. Not much would be achieved without either.
I’ve seen the essence of this Leadership – Followship scenario played out many times – particulary the ‘not being on the outer’. It’s great when such a simple look at leadership can be so real. Did I laugh? – yes!
